Avoid this crook. Alejandro was the listing agent of a house we were hoping to purchase. During our entire due diligence period, Alejandro failed to contact us once. My realtor attempted to text/call/email him both AM and PM everyday all throughout our month long due diligence period and we successful lost a nice home due to Alejandro's negligence. I bought a home from Almay realty I haven't been in the home a month now and had nothing but problems I had to replace circuit board at a cost of 170.30 and had to replace a thermostat at a cost of 416.86. I shouldn't have had to replace anything as everything in the home was supposed to be brand new. I don't feel as though I should have to pay this myself !! I would love to hear from the seller and get my money back!!!
